You likely need to work on major issues around support, security, and confidence, and this can be very uncomfortable, but can lead you down a new road that is healthier for you. 

When progressed Ceres is conjunct natal Chiron, you may feel incredibly nurtured, and can do more to help others to heal and grow as well. You can experience a major surge of personal growth and internal, subconscious understanding, and this can help you move on from something. You can be more sensitive though, so maintaining boundaries and respecting yourself is important.
